TL61系列对开型型双轴撕碎机

本机采用微电脑（PC）自动控制，设启动、停止、反转及载自动反转控制功能，具有低速、转矩、低噪音等特点，轴承座采用对开型式，拆装换刀容易方便适合撕碎特、特厚难碎物料：如电视机、洗衣机、冰箱外壳、型管材、管件、叉车托板、轮胎包装桶、汽车外壳、铝、铜及厚度小于10mm的铁。

Automatic control by microcomputer(PC),with functions of start,stop,reverse,overload automatic reverse,feature return and over-loading returns automatism,with characteristics of big torque in low speed ,low noise.Convenient to change blade by split bearing block.Suitable for crushing the big solid material like television,washing machine shell of refrigerator,medium size pipe, pipe fittings, forklift splint, tires ,packing barrel, vehicle body, aluminum, copper and steel less than 10mm.

说明：  1.动刀标准厚度为75mm，也有50、100mm，可根据物体破碎后颗粒小来刀体。   2.动刀为单爪刀体，如需双爪刀体及多爪刀体的用户可与业务部联系。   3.TL61180A是在TL61180基础上作的改进，减速机机座号改，转速降低，扭矩增。

Notice:

1.Standard Rotorknives is 75mm,optional 50mm or 100mm,and it is also available to choose the blade size according to the pellet after shredding.

2.Rotorknives is the single blade body by default.For double blade body or multi blade,please confirm with our sales.In the case of shredding film or woven bag,please specify.
